VALENTINE'S DAY 2025. FRIDAY 14TH FEBRUARY.
Valentine’s Day (including surrounding days) is by far the busiest day on a florist’s calendar, so please understand by placing an order online, it means you agree with the following terms & conditions.
- Be kind. Be patient. Be courteous.
- No “special design” orders will be accepted. A specific Valentines menu to order from is available.
- If you require flowers for the Valentine’s Day period & it’s not a Valentine’s Day reason, please choose the Florists Choice design. These will be available in very limited numbers.
- I recommend ordering online as the phone line can become very jammed.
- Fresh flowers are expected to last 3-5 days under the proper care, this includes the day of delivery / collection.
- Delivery times CANNOT be guaranteed on the 13th, 14th & 15th of February, flowers will be delivered anytime between 10:00am – 4:00pm for business addresses & 8:00am - 6:00pm for residential addresses. If no-one is home for the delivery, the recipient will be contacted if you have provided a contact number & the flowers left in safe place if possible. If there is no safe place to leave the flowers and or gifts, they will be returned to Platinum Florals where they can be collected at a later time as organized with the customer or can be re-delivered the next day for an additional delivery charge.
Reopening Monday 6th January 20255
During December & January, Platinum Florals reduces its menu due to changes in availability from wholesalers. I will always guarantee beautiful flowers however, cannot guarantee specific varieties, hence why we change the menu. Platinum Florals will be closed midday Fri 20th Dec & re-open Mon 6th Jan. Please feel free to place your orders during the closed period but please keep in mind, NO deliveries or pick ups will be available in the closed period & phone calls & emails will be attended to upon my return to the studio.
