Delivery of your Flowers & Gifts

Please ensure you read the below information regarding your delivery.

It is the obligation of the customer to make sure that the recipient’s FULL name and FULL delivery address are correct. If you provide us with an incorrect address and we deliver your order, as per your instructions, Platinum Florals accepts no responsibility for the mistake. Please double check!

IF NO ONE IS HOME
If no-one is at the address to take the delivery, the Platinum Florals Courier will leave the flowers in a safe place and take a photograph. If there is no safe place to leave the flowers out of direct sun, or we are unable to get in to the property due to fencing, aggressive dogs etc., or incorrect/insufficient information provided we will try to call first the recipient and then the sender. If still unsuccessful, we will bring the flowers back to the shop. Once we get in contact with the customer, a re-delivery fee is required to be paid, or you can arrange for a pick up from the shop.

DELIVERY TIMES / BUSINESS ADDRESS
Delivery times cannot be guaranteed, especially during busy times, but if you have any requests (such as they leave work by 4pm for example) please leave a comment in "special instructions" at check out.

SCHOOL, OFFICE, HOSPITAL etc. RECEPTIONS
Platinum Florals accepts no responsibility for delivered items that are accepted by the front desk, reception, concierge or security person.

DELIVERY TO APARTMENTS
We will contact recipient to ensure they are home prior to delivery. If contact cannot be made, we will contact sender and wait for instructions.

DELIVERY TO HOSPITAL
Delivery of flowers will be left with reception if access to the room is not possible / available.

CARD MESSAGE
In regards to internet orders, customers should ensure that their personalised message is written to their satisfaction. Platinum Florals accepts no responsibility for incorrect spelling, grammar. Emojis will not be included in card messages as they are hand written. If you chose to upgrade to a Premium handmade Card, these messages will be printed and added to the card.

ALCOHOL
By law, alcohol cannot be delivered to a person under the age of 18 years or left unattended. Should no-one over the age of 18 be home at the delivery address, the order will be returned to the shop. If re-delivery is needed a re-delivery fee will be charged.

SUNDAY’S AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
As Platinum Florals is closed Sundays and public holidays, we will deliver your order on the next business day.   

REFUNDS & WARRANTY
Platinum Florals does not offer refunds. If you are unsatisfied with the quality or lifespan of the flowers, please contact us at platinumflorals@hotmail.com. We may ask for photos as proof, this is so we can contact our suppliers and let them know of quality issues. You can expect your flowers to last between 4-7 days. Flowers can last longer under the proper care. We urge you to contact us if you require any assistance.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Should you need to cancel your order, money will be refunded less a $15 administrative fee, ONLY IF notice is received by Platinum Florals 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date.

INTERSTATE / INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Platinum Florals is not & will not be part of a floral network chain so if you would like to order flowers out of the local area, interstate or overseas, I can do this for you. I reach out to a local florist in the area in which you are delivering your flowers and I discuss with them your requirements. This ensures the recipient will be receiving the best blooms that are in stock and local to them.

Platinum Florals will make every effort to make sure your beautiful, fresh blooms arrive safely.

Please see below for our delivery areas & estimated rates. Delivery fee is calculated by using the recipients address from the distance from the shop, 110 Morayfield Road, Caboolture South. Exact figures will be displayed just before checkout.

*** MOTHER’S DAY 2022 TERMS AND CONDITIONS ***

Mother’s Day is by far one of the busiest days on a florist’s calendar, so please understand by placing an order online, it means you agree with the following terms and conditions. Fresh flowers are expected to last 4-6 days under the proper care, this includes the day of delivery / collection. Please see below for further information regarding refunds. When placing your order, you will be promoted to select a colour style for your fresh blooms, this colour choice IS NOT GUARANTEED. If your colour choice is unavailable we will substitute with a suitable replacement. You have the option to pick up your flowers from the studio or have them delivered. Platinum Florals is unable to guarantee delivery times on the 7th, 8th, 9th and 10th of May, flowers will be delivered anytime between 9:00am – 5:00pm for business address and 9:00am -7:00pm for residential addresses. Delivery of flowers on Mother’s Day, Sunday 8th May, will incur an additional $10.00 charge to the normal delivery fee. This is stipulated by the courier and is out of our hands. If no-one is home for the delivery, the recipient will be contacted and the flowers left in safe place if possible. If there is no safe place to leave the flowers and or gifts, they will be returned to Platinum Florals where they can be collected at a later time as organized with the customer or can be re-delivered the next day for an additional delivery charge.


*** VALENTINES DAY 2022 TERMS AND CONDITIONS *** 

Valentine’s Day is by far one of the busiest days on a florist’s calendar, so please understand by placing an order online, it means you agree with the following terms and conditions. Fresh flowers are expected to last 3-5 days under the proper care, this includes the day of delivery / collection. Please see below for further information regarding refunds. When placing your order, you will be promoted to select a colour preference for your fresh blooms, this colour choice IS NOT GUARANTEED and is why we ask you to choose a secondary choice. This secondary choice is also NOT GUARANTEED. Platinum Florals will do their very best to provide you with the requested colour but it cannot be guaranteed. If your colour choice is unavailable we will substitute with a suitable replacement. You have the option to pick up your flowers from the studio or have them delivered. Platinum Florals is unable to guarantee delivery times on the 12th, 13th and 14th of February, flowers will be delivered anytime between 9:00am – 5:00pm for business address and 9:00am -7:00pm for residential addresses. Please disregard the option of choosing a time at checkout, please only chose a “delivery window” in the initial ordering stages. Delivery of flowers on Valentine’s Day eve, Sunday 13th February, will incur an additional $10.00 charge to the normal delivery fee. This is stipulated by the courier and is out of our hands. If no-one is home for the delivery, the recipient will be contacted and the flowers left in safe place if possible. If there is no safe place to leave the flowers and or gifts, they will be returned to Platinum Florals where they can be collected at a later time as organized with the customer or can be re-delivered the next day for an additional delivery charge. Platinum Florals deliver between 10am and 6pm Monday to Friday if the order is received by 11:00am that same day and Saturday 10am to 2pm, if the order is recieved by Friday midday. Same day delivery is available for all orders placed before 11am. Delivery is charged per delivery address, per customer, at the time of ordering. Everything is sent with care and you will receive a confirmation email or text when the delivery has been made if requested. Specific Delivery times can be requested but cannot be guaranteed. If you require a specific time in which your flowers require delivering, please allow 24 hours notice and ensure you call Platinum Florals directly to ensure this time can be achieved. Additional charges will be applied for time specific deliveries.
