Platinum Florals is a one man show. It is owner operated & I can only do what I can do with these two hands! I will try my best to attend to the impossible, however, miracles can take a little longer. Your kindness & patience are greatly appreciated whether it be on the phone or in store. Floristry can be unpredictable & whilst I try to predict how busy my day ahead is, most days can escalate at a great rate of knots and flowers will sell out fast! Platinum Florals is first in first served florist. If you would like your order pushed in front of another’s, this will simply not happen. I respect each order that comes in, your order does not trump another person’s (exceptions will be made if the circumstance calls for it, this will be decided by the florist only). Platinum Florals offers 3 options for delivery – Anytime (10:00 am to 6:00pm). Business Hours (10:00am to 4:00pm). Afternoon – (midday to 6:00 pm.) Timed orders are very difficult to offer, if an AM delivery was an option everyone would want an AM delivery & that is simply not realistic. Platinum Florals adheres to the motto “Lack of planning on your behalf does not constitute an emergency on my behalf” & I say this with great respect as unexpected & urgent deliveries, for example, bereavement / funeral orders will take priority.
*Business & school orders for delivery need to be placed online before 11:00am. This is to allow my courier to deliver in the allotted time frame. Please always provide the business name as well as the recipient’s name. Orders for delivery to home addresses, you have up to 2:00pm to place your order but please keep in mind flower availability dwindles as orders come in throughout the day. The product is always fresh but it may not be the same as what is shown in images on the website. Please provide the recipients phone number & any notes relevant for the delivery during the checkout process. We are not going to prematurely call the recipient to ruin a surprise, this is required if there is a 6-foot fence or a dog on premises. Platinum Florals couriers will never scale a fence & they will never assume a dog is safe. If you have any questions at all, please call to confirm.

Platinum Florals is located in the heart of Morayfield. A true florist, with only the best fresh flowers. A genuine bricks and mortar shop that you can visit, rather than a cheeky “order gatherer”; my studio is open Monday to Saturday for you to come in and browse the beautiful fresh flowers & gifts. Local flower delivery is available from $16.50 Monday - Friday and Saturday if the order is placed by midday Friday. I deliver as far as Woodford & in the other direction, Bribie Island, & everywhere in between - Caboolture, Morayfield, Elimbah, Bellmere, Narangba, Burpengary, Beerburrum, Sandstone Point.

You will notice the fresh flowers in my Online Shop are not cookie cutter style, I am not and never will be a part of a floral network that dictates certain designs. I am a genuine florist and I love designing & creating beautiful individual arrangements and bouquets. I work with the flowers that are in season and available. I use 99.9% Australian grown product. I also enjoy having your input into a design as I believe we are all individual with our tastes, something you like may be very different to something I like. Follow design rules or not, as long as you enjoy your blooms as much as I do, that is all that matters to me....

During December & January, Platinum Florals reduces its menu due to changes in availability from wholesalers. I will always guarantee beautiful flowers however, cannot guarantee specific varieties and designs, hence why we change the menu. Please call if you have any questions.
